The customer must always read the general conditions for internet sales before he can place an Internet order. For each order he is expressly requested to confirm that he accepts these conditions, failing this he cannot finalise the order.

Only these sales conditions apply to Internet sales made by Kalorik to end users and this on Belgian territory.
All other conditions, even those mentioned on the buyer’s order forms, are excluded. Kalorik has the right to change these general conditions at any time. However, on current contracts the conditions that were applicable at the time the sale was made always remain applicable.
Kalorik is exclusively active in Belgium. We can only accept your order if the delivery address is located in Belgium. The agreement can be concluded in Dutch or French at the customer’s choice. The further exchange of information will happen in one of these both languages as well. The customer will not be able to invoke the non-applicability of one or several conditions due to the fact that he does not understand the chosen language sufficiently.
Any dispute will be subject to Belgian law. Only the courts of Brussels are competent.
Where mentioned, the provisions will only be applicable to purchases by a "consumer"; that is to say every natural person or legal person who carries out purchases on the website exclusively for non-professional purposes.

The sale is only finalised on receipt of a confirmation e-mail. Kalorik reserves the right to request additional information for the safety and security of the customer and in the absence of said information to refuse the execution of the order. In addition, orders for which it is apparent that the buyer intends to sell on the product himself may also be rejected.

VAT and Recupel are included in our prices.
All offers are valid so long as they are mentioned on the website. The announced prices are always subject to change. If an order is placed, the price for this Internet sale shall be that applicable at the time the order was placed.

The customer has to make his payment (full amount of the order) with one of the 2 following payment options:
 directly (in a very secure environment) by credit card: VISA/MASTERCARD via PAYPAL
 via a classic bank transfer to our account number IBAN : BE72 1030 1837 6316 / BIC : NICABEBB (Landbouwkrediet)

Delivery will take place on the address that has been filled in in the field "delivery address" by a courier of DPD or at a collection point if the customer is not present when the courier comes.
For the safety and security of the customer, the driver may ask for proof of identity (or a copy of said proof) to be shown on delivery. The customer signs for the delivery on receipt.
The carrier will always deliver to the ground floor, except if the storey can be reached with an elevator of sufficient size.
In case of a manifestly unfounded refusal of the customer at the arrival of the courier at the time agreed with the buyer, the costs of the extra transport will be charged to the customer.
In case of doubt concerning the delivery terms, the customer can contact us on the number 02/359.95.10.
In case of absence of the customer for a home delivery, the courier will leave a card in the mailbox stating the collection point at which the customer can pick up his goods after showing his identity card and the courier’s card. If the customer does not pick up his goods within two weeks, the order is cancelled. The customer will be refunded the amount already paid, except for the double delivery costs.

For appliances that are in stock at the time of the order and that need to be delivered at home, the delivery date is determined as follows:
 For a direct payment via Paypal (or with VISA / MASTERCARD) and this only if the payment has been validated by the bank organism (Paypal), the delivery time is between 2 and 6 working days after order confirmation (confirmation follows immediately after validation of the payment by the bank organism)
 In case of a bank transfer the customer is notified when the payment has been registered by our Kalorik Webshop service. After receipt of payment the customer is contacted again to communicate the shipping date of the goods; after which a delivery time by the courier has to be taken into consideration; this delivery time is between 1 and 3 work days.
 For appliances that are not in stock at the time of the order, Kalorik always contacts the customer, and this only if the payment has been validated by the bank organism (Paypal) or by the financial department of Kalorik Webshop (in case of payment via bank transfer), to communicate the shipping date of the goods; after which a delivery time by the courier has to be taken into consideration; this delivery time is between 1 and 3 work days.

 Complaints concerning Internet sales. For complaints connected to his order, the buyer can contact our Kalorik Webshop service on the number 02/359.95.10 (Monday to Friday from 9h to 16h00) or send an e-mail to /
 In order to be taken into account, every complaint regarding visible damage to the packaging of the delivered goods must be formulated in writing on the accompanying documents at the time of delivery by a courier. Comments regarding damage and defects to the delivered product must always be made via e-mail to / within 24 hours after delivery.
 The general repair conditions apply. See also the warranty conditions.

Legal warranty for consumers
For consumers, the legal warranty of 2 years applies.
This warranty only covers a failure to comply that already exists on delivery of the goods. As a consequence, the following are excluded among others:
 All direct or indirect damage caused to the appliance after the delivery (e.g. through oxidation, impact due to fall, etc.) and by the appliance.
 All direct or indirect damage caused by the contents of the appliance (e.g. foodstuffs or kitchen utensils that are not suitable for use in a microwave oven).
 Parts or accessories that need to be replaced regularly (e.g. batteries, dust bags and filters for vacuum cleaners, lamps, rubber replacement parts…) (not limited to this list)
 Defects due to fire, water damage, lightning, accidents and natural disasters
 Defects caused by planning, negligence or improper handling, bad maintenance or abnormal use or the use of the appliance in violation of the manufacturer's instructions
 Damage caused by a commercial, professional or collective use of the appliance.

Lack of compliance must be reported within three months of the observation being made.
The warranty is only valid if every demand for repair is sent to our after sales service. If a third party that has not been designated by Kalorik intervenes, the warranty becomes null and void.
The invoice (including the invoice in PDF format) represents the warranty title and must be kept by the customer. The warranty begins on the date of delivery.
The warranty is not transferable. It can thus not be adjusted if the appliance changes owner. The general repair conditions apply to all repairs. These conditions and restrictions do not affect the legal provisions in this regard.
If the appliance is declared technically or economically irreparable by our technical service during the time of the contract, the customer receives a voucher with the same value as the invoice amount of the appliance.
The customer’s statutory rights remain unaffected by this guarantee.
Our after sales service can be reached either by e-mail ( or by phone (Tel: 02/359.80.60) between 08h30 and 12h00.

This disposition only applies to Internet sales to consumers.
In accordance with the law of 6 April 2010, the consumer has the right to inform the seller that he renounces the purchase, without having to pay a fine and without having to give a reason within 2 weeks as of the day following the delivery of the product. This period must allow the customer to assess the product purchased "as in a shop window". Used, damaged or incomplete appliances will not be taken back.
Customers who wish to exercise this right must contact the web shop within 2 weeks on the number 02/359.95.10 (Monday to Friday from 9h to 16h30).
In addition, within the same period they must send back the appliances in the original undamaged packaging, along with all accessories, the user manual and (a copy of) the invoice/delivery slip
 either at their expense and under their responsibility to our after sales service and let Kalorik pick the items up and pay a cost of transport of 40€ (taxes included).

The parties accept the taking of electronic evidence (e-mail - backup).
